Interventions

INTERVENTION MATH: This program focuses on children who are below basic category. This is a small group (5-6 students) who receive intensive instruction that occurs in a smaller classroom setting. This allows students more one-on-one time with a teacher for their success and growth. Children can be in this program 3-6 days per six day cycle.

INTERVENTION READING: This program focuses on children who are basic or below basic categories. This is a small group (5-6 students) who receive intensive instruction that occurs in a smaller classroom setting, allowing students more one-on-one time with a teacher for their success and growth.  Children can be in this program 3-6 days per six day cycle.

SMALL GROUP COUNSELING: Our counselors have conducted small group counseling for specific needs such as: friendship “lunch buddies”, divorce and separation, and bereavement groups. The counselors also do full class lessons for specific classrooms when the need arises.
